At My Jelly Bag, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products damaged through misuse

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return procedure.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or model, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
